One of those many unsung hero's who gave of his time and skills in rescuing the club for the supporters of Swansea City in those dark Petty times (shock horror HJ,MM,LD and co didn't do it all themselves) who became an awkward inconvenience when there were fortunes to be made for the few.

Seriously if this is true, it confirms our once proud club ,with its history can no longer boast its a fans club.

Disgraceful way to treat a man who came on the journey with them.

Unfortunately - and Penny deep down will know this himself - he hasn't got a snowball's chance in hell because they are and will continue to play on the fact he was never a shareholder. I hope he can get them on the age thing.

The whole thing just stinks about how the sale was done. We already know about the trust and now this is coming out as well. Don't forget - some of these people are still running 'our' club.

You seem to forget a couple of things Ponty,

1 We all lived through it all, and for me To stump up a few grand to take a case to a tribunal suggests there is some merit in it.

2 The law is an ass, its Penny word against the club. it will be down to who has the best story.

Steve Penny is a full on bonafide Swans fan.I can assure you that he would not sully the name of SCFC without good cause.The laughable thing is that the Swans solicitor has accused him of wanting more money out of the club and that is the only reason he is persuing this claim.The irony when you look at what the likes of HJ has got out of the takeover is incredible.Steve Penny has done a massive amount for the club and the way he has been treated tells you all you need to know about the internal affairs of our club.

Another way of looking at it is HJ and others got their wallets out whereas the lawyer kept it firmly in his pocket. No irony there.

The incredible thing that stood out for me in today's update on proceedings is the alleged production of fake meeting minutes. Astonishing if true.

He put a lot of time in for little reward. And added to that saved the club a fortune - as did Don - who was the one keeping the spending in check.

The sellers ought to be very careful, because these 2 will know where all the bodies are buried. It could be hugely damaging to them.

£100k and those on £500k plus, of course, is that the latter head off to their accommodation in sunnier climes
