  • Would like to see the following

    Ward,

    Roberts, Rodon, Mepham, Davies

    Ampadu Morrell

    James Brooks Bale

    Moore

  • Wilson suspended, Levitt, J Williams and T Lawrence not named in the squad.

  • Williams must be injured, as he'd definitely be in there otherwise.

Levitt has looked out of his depth in the last couple of games.

Back 3 again, of Mepham, Rodon and Ben.

Interesting he's gone for a very mobile front 3, with no natural 9 in there. Must be looking to move the Ireland back 4 around, and not rely on lumping it into the box.

  • I like the set up of this team , good to see Connor having a rest , hope they run the legs off the men in green .

  • Malc

Are you suggesting this is a good team ffs.

Pick a side with NOOOOOO forward.

First half complete and utter sh*te.

  • Time for Josh Sheehan and Moore to come on.

Brooks off. And switch to a back 4

  • agree poor first half , apart from Allen , RRamsey and Moore this is our best team.

  • You can’t beat that winning feeling but the team will have to up their game in time for the tournament next year to be in with a chance of competing. Otherwise they’ll be back on the tour bus home in a flash.

  • Very poor quality from both teams to be fair

  • Please see the below statement statement from an FAW Spokesperson:

“The Football Association of Wales are aware that two Republic of Ireland players involved in last night’s match have tested positive for COVID-19.

The National Team’s preparations for Wednesday’s Nations League match against Finland are unaffected and remain as planned.

The FAW will continue to adhere to Public Health Wales and UEFA guidelines as well as internal protocols which have been implemented since the resumption of international football this year.”
