I wonder how them down the road are feeling by doing us a favour being 0 - 2 up against Bristle
Damn Brentford have equalised 1 - 1
Now Bournemouth have equalised 1 - 1
What is happening with Newport , another player sent off today , think that could be the 4 th in the last couple of months .
Bournemouth 1 - 1 Brum
Boro 1 - 1 Brentford
Bristle 0 -2 Cardiff
Stoke 0 - 0 Reading
On a note I would take those results today
Anybody been on the Brentford fans forum FFS they are delusional they will fade along with Norwich destiny in our hands
so would I and I hope their fans arent delusional, I hope they do bottle it..again
Flynn keeps picking bottlers and wantaways in his midfield.
Sheehan just back from suspension, Shephard and Labadie still out, Scot Bennett's time to shine. Should be picking Jack Evans already, must be frustrating for him not getting a look in when the team is in such poor form. Grimsby have Harry Clifton starting and Terry Taylor on the bench, and neither of them have been half the player Jack has been for Wales u21s.
Same here used to like Brentford as a te but their manager is vile
Looks from afar they have big disciplinary problems , is Flynn firing them up too much .
Labadie's always had issues losing his cool, and Bennett puts himself about (to put it kindly). Didn't see it but heard Shephard's was harsh.
Brentford 3 = 1 up ......
The state of this 🤣
Better quality, showing the dogs dinner of a pitch as well:
Brentford 4 = 1 up .......
Garrick got 74 minutes for Swindon. Byers catching splinters at Portsmouth.
and Newport win with their wantaway midfielders, 1 nil, and back into 4th with a game in hand 😉
Well, at least Reading dropped points.
We have a 13-point buffer to Boro in 7th, with a game in hand too.
Stranger things have happened (look at Forest last season) but you have to say that it would be very unlikely that the current top 3 aren't already guaranteed at least a playoff place. It would take a very dramatic collapse from here.
First win since they last beat Grimsby way back on the 8th of December. They were 4 points clear at the top at the time. They're in extremely poor form and it's laughable to pretend otherwise.
edit: 26% possession, smash and grab stuff at home against the team second from bottom.
5 point gap now between us and Reading in 4th place. And we have a game in hand.
Norwich now only 1 point ahead of Brentford, 2 points ahead of us, but have played a game more than both.
We are now 13 points clear of 7th, and we have a game in hand.
Get your money on Andy Holden to get the sack at Bristol city
I will still maintain the Norwich will slide... yes results could have been better but in perspective..
three points gained over Norwich and Boro
two points gained over Reading and Watford
same points gained as Brentford and B’mouth
not a bad weekend at all
we are 2nd in the form table with Brentford ahead of us - over 6 games.
Brentford top form home and away.
We are 2nd away from home, joint 5th at home.
The League fixtures over the rest of the month with form in brackets (overall form)(home/away form depending on fixture):
Brentford (6 games)
Reading (a) (3rd)(=5th)*
Barnsley (h) (=18th)(=12th)
QPR (a) (=8th)(=2nd)*
Coventry (a) (=12th)(=14th)
Sheff W (h) (4th)(20th)
Stoke (h) (=21st)(=16th)
Norwich (5 games)
Rotherham (h) (=8th)(=16th)
Birmingham (a) (=18th)(24th)
Wycombe (a) (=18th)(20th)
Swans (5 games)+ 1 cup game.
Sheff W (a) (4th)(=3rd)*
Forest (h) (=5th)(=9th)*
Huddersfield (a) (=21st)(=11th)
Coventry (h) (=12th)(=12th)
Bristol C (h) (=16th)(24th)
Based on this, I'd say Brentford have marginally the toughest set of fixtures. Norwich clearly the easiest.
It's a big month.
Brentford at Reading on Weds ,
I'd like to see Swansea, Norwich and Reading promoted this season.
Swansea for obvious reasons.
Norwich because they have awesome fans who fill the stadium even when they are on TV, and have got where they are through careful management of their limited resources.
Reading because we owe them one after the merciless taunting we gave them on Fabianski's first outing for us, because a mate of mine supports them and because it's a friendly ground even if it is pain to get in and out of. But mainly because it would mean Brentford didn't get promoted, and that would be hilarious.
A friendly ground? Were you at Elm Park in the 90s when we lost 2 nil. When there was thousands of swans fans kicking reading were far from friendly that day!

Oh, I remember! And Maxwell’s mad idea to merge them with Oxford and create the Thames Valley Royals! Still, very different club these days
I wonder why we didn't win City of Culture status lol.
Looked like everyone had a great day out by the look of it.
Jack Army xx
Waw, what was that all about?
