Gone on loan to Waterford.
Seems a decent move. Better for him than u23 football.
I thought I read Watford for a minute! 🙄
Paperwork done and dusted but might not be announced before Monday which is their transfer deadline day.
Will be good experience for Cam, hopefully Dan Williams can get the same experience
Stopped him going St johnstone on deadline day . Then had a change of heart after more arrivals.
Swansea City defender Cameron Evans has joined Waterford FC on loan for their League of Ireland Premier Division campaign, subject to international clearance.
The 19-year-old links up with the top-flight club ahead of the start of the Irish domestic season, which is currently scheduled for March.
Swansea City has taken up the option to extend Evans’ contract through to the summer of 2022, and will also have the option of recalling him in the summer.
The centre-half was added to the first-team squad in the wake of the suspension of last season due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
He made his senior debut in the FA Cup third-round win over Stevenage last month.
Evans first joined the Swans at under-nine level, and has captained the club at under-18, under-19 and under-23 level.
Marc Walsh who we released last summer has joined Derry City. Potential reunion for them.
