I have to say, that's a pretty damning read for Jenkins.
The thing that strikes me about the Trust is that they do appear to have their shit together on all of this. They're very hot on the detail - dates of meetings, attendees (or not), dates of letters, what was agreed, what wasn't agreed, etc.
Jenkins, on the other hand, seems to be quite vague in his public utterances. Almost as if if you tell a lie often enough, people will believe it.
Put it this way - I know who my money would be on if it ever went to court.
