  • Our Owners

I was mulling over the fact that we no longer go to the States for a pre-season tour. Is it because our owners have lost interest in us, as we are no longer a "premier' commodity that they can promote over there, & does it follow that they are just leaving it with TB to get the club in shape (as he sees fit & at no cost to them) to either get us back to the Premier League or to sell on, hopefully at a profit. Just wondering.

Thanks for all the memories. Not withstanding Robbie James, the greatest Jack I have ever watched.

  • Wrexham v Leyton Orient

Had an enjoyable afternoon watching the game, ona very windy day. Not a great game, but Orient sneaked a scruffy goal, which overall was a fair result as they had  the best chances.
Note for GP, Widdowson the Orient right back is worth a look, strong on the ball & skilful with good crosses.
6500 for a National League game with 950 from Wrexham.

Pretty good performance today - VdH CCV Grimes Ollie and John in particular were very good. Not sure WTF was up with Nathan and Fulton, their control of the ball was terrible. I also thought that there was a lack of intensity in some of the pressing and tackling - but no surprise given the destabilizing week we have been through..
Potter's motivation and management skills will be tested to the extreme in the weeks ahead.

My view is that Nathan has been off the boil for a few games now
