It was not about Mondays game.
What about the 5 they drew and the one they lost?
Lets be fair Wales are a second rate team, just like the Swans.
After watching the home nations I have come to the conclusion that British players are terrible, apart from Harry Kane. dance thumbs up

Coleman has done well with the players he's got.
You only got to look at the bench to see Wales are down to the bare bones.

But Clement can sign and sell players.
You look at Swansea's bench and you can see £30 mill worth of players sitting there while we lose a game.
He still don't know what his best team or formation is!
He's bought clucas and don't know where to play him.
We should be looking for a replacement now before it's to late

Can't wait to see what team he picks sat and what weird formation he plays.

Dai, its getting really tedious now. First it was the "we have never had it so good" crap and now its all PC's fault. Anything to deflect blame from the board. Well i will give you one. Selling llorente on the last day of the transfer window and thinking bony could waltz in and replace him. Utter disaster by the board that may well take us down.

Where on earth can you see 30 million worth of players on our bench?!

Or Is it the old Ron Atkinson trick of going to the wrong bench?

Truth is we sold, sold, sold in the summer but what did we actually buy to replace our 2 main attacking assets? Sweet F A!

Just watched clip of Argentina turning their tournament around. Messi hatrick. Losing Bale was critical. On form he is a game changer. He took Wales to Euro 16 but was not fully fit for WC 18.

Mg - Clement himself has said that he was fully involved in the transfer decisions that took place this summer. He clearly was the driving force between bringing in Sanches and Abraham (and good on him for using his contacts to bring some talented young players in on loan - it's what a lot of people on here were hoping he would do). There is no evidence to suggest that the other sales and purchases were done over his head.

You obviously see something in Clement which most of the rest of us are missing. Are you able to articulate it so we can understand why you are defending him so passionately?

Dai Thursday, 12 October 2017 18:21
Mg perhaps you have not been supporting the swans very long, but unless you know different
This is the most successful period in the clubs history

As far as I'm aware Clement picks the team and the formation we play, not the board.
So the buck stops with him.
Clement had the final say on who we signed and let go,he said so himself on TV.

Something is not right when you playing players out of position, sometimes we have boney,Massa, clucas on the bench, worth over £37 mill just those 3.

Get back to playing 4_5_1 with pacey wingers and Britton and message in midfield.
It's the only formation that suits boney.
Not this diamond shyte

He got us out of the board's disastrous bob bradley dogs dinner so we can all be thankful for that. He has sorted our defence out but probably felt like crying when the board gave the llorente deal the green light. You can say what you like about final say but there is not a chance he agreed getting rid of llorente was good business. And i doubt bony was on his shopping list either. He will learn and will have to start to put pressure on the board to spend just a shame they allowed such a poor transfer window to pass us by AGAIN. Lessons learnt and next level etc

You forget mg that llorente wanted out ,spurs or chelsea he wanted to go.
Pherhaps he did not rate clement and did not want to play negative football.
Clement only saved his own neck because cork got injured and he was advised to pick britton.
Lets see what team and wonderful formation he picks sat

Mg Friday, 13 October 2017 11:35
lots of players want to leave but if the club have a strong board they are told, NO, you are staying son and as a professional, Llorente would have got on with it. Also PC was told he was staying

we are playing a new system this season and hopefully we have the players to implement it, Getting rid of PC now is madness and we have to be patient to allow 2 players you were jumping up and down with joy about in the window - sanches and bony - time to get match fit - warnings were made by some guestbookers about the risky transfer window and sadly it has turned out that way

by the way we got rid of two wingers, barrow and montero and i seem to recall i was one of very very few on here who was sad to see him leave

Dal Friday, 13 October 2017 12:45
I for one was not jumping up and down about boney and sanches..
I could see through clement last year,he was saved by three players siggy llorentte and britton.
Dont like the way he plays. No wingers no pace.
I bet he dreams of a team of alan corks.

You think Clement is the man for the job I dont

Mg Friday, 13 October 2017 12:59
it was you or another Dai on this board who told us all to stop moaning cos the squad was better this season than last season and that everything was fine and dandy (ad nauseam) and now it is "PC is rubbish" (ad nauseam)

Dal Friday, 13 October 2017 14:35
The squad is good enough to keep us up.
Its the team selections is the problem
