Some Swansea fans will no doubt recall that back in November 2019, the Swans announced that Welsh mental health charity, Hafal, would become their main charity partner for the rest of the 2019/20 season.
Hafal, which is Welsh for equal, is the principle organisation in Wales working with people recovering from serious mental illness, as well their families, friends and carers.
To kick-off their partnership, Swansea City football club made a £5,000 donation to Hafal, to help the mental health organisation build on its vital work in the community.

The COVID-19 outbreak is having a large impact on our daily lives, with many people required to self-isolate and everyone being asked to adhere to social distancing measures.
The FAW understands that this can create worry for anyone and even greater anxiety for those with an existing mental health problem, so they have now also partnered with the Welsh Charity, just like the Swans.
Working in partnership with the FAW, Hafal have provided five helpful tips to follow during this time, as well as a video featuring Wales football players.
You can find more information on Hafal’s Promise – A pledge to their client group to provide ongoing friendly support and contact in addition to access to Hafal’s online community Clic where people can talk safely to others about their mental health.
