Lewis Webb selected for Cymru Under 21 squad

Swansea City Academy goalkeeper Lewis Webb has been selected for the Wales Under 21 squad for the final round of UEFA U21 EURO 2023 Qualifying matches next month.

The 20 year old goalkeeper is currently at League of Ireland Premier Division side Shelbourne and has made 7 appearances for Shels since joining on a season long loan in January 2022.

Another Swan, Dan Williams, who is also currently out on loan at League of Ireland Premier Division club Dundalk, misses out through injury.

Paul Bodin’s side Cymru will face the Netherlands on June 11 and then Gibraltar on June 14, with both matches taking place at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli.

Both matches will be broadcast online on the Sgorio Facebook and YouTube channels.
