The wait for the Swans first home win of the season goes on after they surrendered a two goal lead in injury time against Millwall on Tuesday night.
Once again the Jack Army saw the best and worst of Swansea City during a game in which they should have been out of sight by half-time.
The Swans got off to a flying start with goals from Ryan Manning and Michael Obafemi inside the opening 12 minutes, when they looked like they were going to put the Lions to the sword.
Unfortunately, the Swans never do things the easy way, and once again our defensive fragilities were on display.
Not for the first time this season, they somehow managed to squander a two-goal lead, only this time it was in two crazy injury time minutes – with own goals from Harry Darling, not Ben Cabango as was originally reported, and Nathan Wood.
Russell Martin claimed full responsibility in his post-match press conference, but serious questions must also be asked of his players after yet another calamitous defensive collapse.
The Swans now turn their attention to the visit of Luton Town to south Wales on Saturday, 20 August at 3pm.
