Swans Academy players feature for Cymru in UEFA Under 15 Tournament

Several Swansea City Academy players were on International duty for Wales Under 15 over the last week, as Denbigh and Ruthin played host to the UEFA Under 15 Development Tournament.

The young Dragons played games against Sweden, Belgium and Denmark during the tournament, with the Swans Academy playing their part in each game.

Rohan Hillier, Harrison Pugh, Bobo Evans and Tomos Lloyd played in the games, as Cymru finished the tournament in 3rd place on 4 points.

Wales opened the tournament with a 1-1 draw with Swedem, before going on to win the resulting penalty shoot-out 6-5.

Match day two saw Wales draw 1-1 once again against eventual tournament winners Denmark, before beating the Danes 4-2 on penalties.

The final game then saw Wales narrowly lose 2-1 to Belgium, as the tournament drew to a close in north Wales on Sunday.

Wales Coach Adrian Harvie will no doubt be pleased with his sides progress during the tournament.
