Allen and Cabango named in Wales squad

Joe Allen and Ben Cabango have been selected by Robert Page for his side’s final matches of the UEFA Nations League campaign against Belgium and Poland.

Page’s side face Belgium in Brussels on Thursday, September 22 before hosting Poland on Sunday, September 25 as November’s start to the World Cup fast approaching.

Since recovering from hamstring and ankle injuries at the start of the campaign, both Allen and Cabango have been in fine form for Swansea City in recent weeks.

Page fresh from the confirmation of a 4 year deal as Wales manager, has included 17-year-old Luke Harris into the squad for the first time, while captain Gareth Bale will travel over from the USA for the first time since joining Los Angeles FC.

Aaron Ramsey, Harry Wilson and Adam Davies are absentees from the previous squad due to injuries.
