Rapper Snoop Dogg joins Swansea City as new Co-Owner

Swansea City have announced that global rap legend and multi-platinum-selling artist Snoop Dogg is now a co-owner and investor in the club!

The 53-year-old music superstar made headlines over the weekend when he helped reveal the club’s new 2025-26 home kit – and now it’s official: Snoop is part of the Swansea City family.

This exciting news follows hot on the heels of Croatian football legend Luka Modrić also becoming part of the club’s ownership earlier this year.

Snoop Dogg is one of the biggest names in music, with over 35 million albums sold worldwide during a career that has spanned more than three decades. He’s the proud owner of Death Row Records, has earned 17 Grammy nominations, and is recognised as one of the most influential rappers of all time.

But Snoop’s love doesn’t stop at music – he’s a huge sports fan, and especially passionate about football. He’s been a FIFA video game ambassador and has often been seen wearing football shirts from clubs around the world.

Now, the Swans’ famous white kit is more than just part of his wardrobe – it’s part of his journey. As a co-owner, Snoop is committed to helping promote Swansea City on a global scale, bringing his star power and love for football to help boost the club’s profile and commercial success.

To celebrate Snoop’s arrival, a special mural painted by artist Hasan Kamil has been unveiled in the West Stand at the Swansea.com Stadium. It’s a fitting tribute to a man whose influence reaches far beyond music.

Welcome to the Jack Army, Snoop – we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!
