Parking near Home Park

Home Park is well signposted from the A38, but here are some directions for those travelling by road.

Approaching Plymouth from the East, exit the A38 at the Manadon roundabout, and take the second exit towards the city centre. Remain on Outland Road for around 1.5 miles (around 15 minutes on a busy matchday). Then Home Park should appear into your view on the left-hand side, take the next available left and you will arrive at the stadium’s car park.

In terms of parking, there is a large car park adjacent to Home Park, called the Outland Road car park, and is free to use on matchdays.

Plymouth Argyle have advised that it will fill up very quickly and so arriving early is recommended.

You can also choose from a selection of private car parking spaces near Home Park – including a few reservable parking spaces from just £3.60 for the whole day.

Alternatively, the city centre has a number of pay and display car parks, while The George Park & Ride (PL6 7HB) and Coypool Park Ride (PL7 4TB) run dedicated football bus services to the ground.

Trains to Plymouth

Plymouth Train Station is conveniently located, just a 15 to 20-minute walk via the back of Central Park to Home Park. It’s worth noting that while this route offers a pleasant walk, it is uphill.

Alternatively, if you prefer a quicker option, a five-minute taxi ride is available. Taxis can be easily accessed as the taxi rank is situated right outside the main entrance of the railway station.

Trains departing from Swansea vary in duration, taking between four to five hours and have a frequency of roughly every 30 minutes. It’s advisable to plan your rail journeys in advance and to stay updated about any possible changes.
