Despite suffering a harsh 2-0 defeat to Bosnia-Herzegovina at Zenica, Wales have qualified for Euro 2016, thanks to Cyprus beating Israel 2-1 and now head to their first major football tournament since 1958.

After the heartbreak of Paul Bodin’s penalty miss in 1993, just falling short in 1994 and then the Euro 2004 play-off defeat to Russia, the long suffering Welsh football public can now look forward to the Euro 2016 draw on December 12 in Paris, when Wales will find out their group opponents in Europe’s showpeice tournament.
