Paul Bodin has announced his Wales Under 21 squad to face Moldova for his sides opening UEFA U21 EURO 2023 qualifying round match in Llanelli on 4 June.
Swans Under 23s goalkeeper Lewis Webb, who made his Wales Under 21 debut in March, has been included in the squad, along with a first call-up for Swans defender Cameron Evans, who is currently on loan with League of Ireland side Waterford.
Cymru will look to start their U21 qualifying on a high note, having previously beaten Moldova 3-0 at the Racecourse last November in the previous campaign. Bodin’s side have been drawn alongside the Netherlands, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Moldova and Gibraltar in Group E.
Fans will be able to watch the match for free on the S4C website and the Sgorio Facebook and YouTube pages, due to the match being played behind closed doors due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
