Swansea City registered their third win in seven days with a 2-1 victory over relegation threatened Derby County at the Swansea dot com stadium this afternoon.
The win, courtesy of a Joel Piroe brace, saw the Swans win three consecutive games for the first time this season and means Russell Martin’s men are now on a 5 game unbeaten run.
The 22 year old Dutchman has now scored 20 goals since joining the Swans last July, becoming the 7th different player to score 20 or more goals during a season since the Swans moved to the then Liberty Stadium in 2005.
