The youngster is held in high esteem by the Bees, where he signed a new five-year contract in June, that will keep him at Brentford until the summer of 2027.
Phil Giles, Brentford FC Director of Football, said: “Fin has made amazing progress in his first two years with us. To go from the Isthmian League to the Premier League in the timeframe he did shows the ability he has and the potential he has to go even further. The next stage for him is to play matches more regularly.
“We know the Championship is a relentless league. It tests players in a variety of ways and will be great for Fin’s development. He will have a lot of games to play in a short period of time and we look forward to watching him progress in his time away from us.”
