Swansea City Under-21s secured a victory over Reading at a rain soaked Landore in the Professional Development League with goals from Ruben Davies, Tivonge Rushesha, and Corey Hurford, earning them the three points.
The Swans got off to a great start, with Davies and Rushesha scoring two goals in just two minutes, giving them a comfortable lead in the early stages of the game. However, Reading managed to get one back in the second half, with from Swans Academy player Adrian Akande converting a penalty kick.
In the final stages of the game, the Swans maintained control and successfully claimed the league double over the Royals.
