In an exciting match at the Swansea.com Stadium, Bashir Humphreys scored his first goal for Swansea City, securing a third consecutive victory for Michael Duff’s team against Norwich City.
The game started well for the Swans, with Jamal Lowe scoring in the third minute after a smooth transition move, giving them an early lead. Norwich City responded when Gabriel Sara headed in a deflected cross, leveling the score.
Both teams had chances during the second half. Jerry Yates had a goal disallowed for offside and another effort cleared off the line, while Ollie Cooper’s shot was brilliantly saved by Angus Gunn.
In the end, it was Humphreys who made the difference, volleying in the winning goal eight minutes before the final whistle after a period of sustained pressure from Swansea.
