Away Capacities for next season

Away Capacities and Distances to travel for next season

Next year is going to be an amazing year for the travelling Jack army. It has been the dream for many of us to watch our boys walk out at places like Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, Anfield and White Hart Lane.

We all know that there will be a scramble to get tickets for games next year but the chart below (courtesy of the site’s good friend John Williams) shows how many tickets the Swans SHOULD be allocated for next season.

Here at SCFC Admin, we have also been busy on some distance calculators so that we can see how many miles we may need to travel next year to see our boys play.

The Swansea based Jack army is going to have to travel over 4300 miles next year to see our boys play with the longest journey being Newcastle away and the shortest being West Brom at home.

We do know however that many fans don’t just travel from Swansea. We have strong fan bases in London, in the Midlands and in the North with Jacks in both the Manchester and Leeds vicinity. Our chart shows that the best place to live if you want to do as little travel as possible is funnily enough Birmingham with Manchester being a close 2nd.

We are lucky as a club to have some fans who travel from places like Carlisle to watch games as well as Angus Jack and the commute from Dundee which would chalk up some 6,500 miles if all games were to be attended!

We all know as well that we may have a few converts from down the M4 as many in Cardiff want to see Premier League football and so we have also put the distances in place from Cardiff as well!

Whatever happens, it promises to be a brilliant and fun year of travelling to new places and on new roads to see our boys in action! One thing we can be sure about is that wherever we go, the Jackarmy will pack out the stadium and we will be loud and proud!
