Paul Clement’s team selection and defensive tactics won’t have pleased many fans, but despite Southampton’s dominance, the Swans managed to hold on for a valuable point. Fernández, Mawson and Fabianski were outstanding but the dour defensive display highlighted the need for some creative influence to be added to the team. Was this Clement’s battle cry for decent money to be invested?
