Following Swansea City’s comfortable 3 nil win against a very young Reading side in the Carabao Cup 1st Round, players and fans alike won’t have long to wait to find out the club’s second round opponents.
The Carabao (EFL) Cup draw will be broadcast live on Sky Sports following the conclusion of Leyton Orient’s Round One clash against Queens Park Rangers, which kicks off at 7:45pm on Wednesday, 11 August.
Fans who don’t have Sky Sports, can follow the live on Twitter via the official @Carabao_Cup twitter account.
The second round draw will also see the Premier League sides – who are not competing in European competitions – enter the competition.
The EFL Cup second-round ties are scheduled to take place in the week commencing Monday August 23, with fixtures will be split on a regional north/south basis.
