Martin: I feel sick after Norwich defeat

A goal from Teemu Pukki in the opening minute was enough to give Norwich City all three points at the Swansea.com stadium.

The Swans return to Championship action after the World Cup break couldn’t have got off to a worse start as they were behind within 60 seconds after some sloppy defending.

“I feel sick to be honest. We’ve paid for a mad two minutes at the start of the game and a lack of conviction, composure in the box. We created so many chances today.”

Despite the early setback, the Swans produced a good performance and were unlucky not to grab a share of the points on a frustrating afternoon for the home side.

Swansea’s owners Jason Levien and Jake Silverstein were present in the West stand, as the Swans fell to their first home defeat since mid-September and sees them drop to 10th in the Championship table.
