Myles Peart-Harris’ first goal for Swansea City clinched a 1-0 victory over Watford at the Swansea.com Stadium, marking a well-deserved win for the home side.
The on-loan Brentford midfielder latched onto a knockdown from Ronald at the far post just before halftime, capitalizing on Swansea’s early pressure.
Peart-Harris had previously struck the post, while Ben Cabango saw a goal disallowed for offside, and Ronald narrowly missed an inviting cross.
Watford found limited opportunities to challenge Swansea’s defence, which held firm to earn a fifth clean sheet of the season and back-to-back victories.
Swansea’s line-up saw two changes from the win at Oxford on the weekend, with Kyle Naughton and Liam Cullen replacing Josh Tymon and Joe Allen.
Next up for the Swans is a trip to Turf Moor to play Burnley on Sunday, 10 November (3pm).
