Match Highlights – Norwich City 0 Swansea City 3

Swansea City delivered a remarkable away performance to extend their impressive winning streak and clinch their first triumph over Norwich City at Carrow Road in 15 years.

The Swans, under the guidance of former Canaries defender Russell Martin, swiftly secured a two-goal lead courtesy of headers from Joel Latibeaudiere and Liam Cullen.

The hosts were reduced to ten players after Sam McCallum brought down Cullen while he was about to score a third goal, with referee Webb left with no choice other than to show the defender a red card.

In the second half, Olivier Ntcham added to Swansea’s lead as they recorded their third victory in a week and sixth win in seven games.

Perhaps more notably, this was the Swans fifth clean sheet in that run of results, and there was no denying Swansea’s dominance over a Norwich side still vying for a playoff spot.

Speaking in the post-match press conference, Russell Martin said: “It was a beautiful day for us all; the team and the fans that travelled a long, long way,”.

The Swans play their final away game of the season on Saturday when they travel to face Hull City at the KCOM stadium.
