Match Highlights – Swansea City 0 Watford 1

Swansea City fell to a second defeat in four days at the Swansea.com Stadium, as one time Swans transfer target Ken Sema’s powerful late shot secured a victory for Watford.

The Swans dominated the opening 45 minutes, with captain Matt Grimes attempting several shots from a distance, and Harry Darling missing a clear header opportunity.

Kristian Pedersen appeared to score from a corner 20 minutes before the end, but the goal was harshly disallowed. In injury time, Darling twice forced Watford goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann to make two excellent saves.

Watford had their chances too, but Swans goalkeeper Carl Rushworth, made good saves from Tom Ince and Vakoun Bayo. However, he couldn’t stop Sema’s winning goal, a powerful left-footed strike into the roof of the net, sealing the victory for Watford.
