Despite goals from Jamie Paterson and Jerry Yates, Swansea City were forced to settle for a point as Hull City mounted a second half comeback at the Swansea.com Stadium.
The match in SA1 was end-to-end, with both teams creating scoring opportunities. Jamie Paterson played a significant role in the first half, giving the Swans the lead in the 17th minute. His parried shot then set the stage for Jerry Yates to tap in a second goal for the hosts six minutes later.
However, Hull City responded positively in the second half, as Jaden Philogene delivered a powerful strike at the near post, and Tyler Morton finished expertly on the first attempt, to ensure the Tigers secured a 2-2 draw.
