Swansea City made it back-to-back home wins and clean sheets with a dominant 3-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle at the Swansea.com Stadium.
Alan Sheehan’s side were in complete control from the off, with all three goals coming in a blistering first-half display. Lewis O’Brien headed in his first goal for the club after just four minutes, before Harry Darling nodded home from a set-piece to double the lead.
Josh Key made it three with a thunderous strike from distance before the break, sealing a result that never looked in doubt.
Despite creating several more chances in the second half, the Swans were unable to add to their tally but comfortably saw out the win. The result makes it seven points from a possible nine since the international break, as Swansea continue to move away from the relegation places under Sheehan.
The Swans next fixture is the long trip to the north east to take on play-off hopefuls Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday.

Post-Match Reaction from Alan Sheehan
Alan Sheehan hailed an “outstanding” Swansea City performance after they eased to a commanding 3-0 win over Plymouth Argyle at the Swansea.com Stadium.
The Swans followed up their weekend victory over Derby with a dominant display, securing back-to-back home wins and clean sheets. Sheehan praised the all-round effort from his side, who controlled the game from start to finish and never let Plymouth settle.
“I am delighted with the performance, I thought we were outstanding, the way we started the game and got after them in the first half was really good, and the margin could have been a lot more if you were going to be critical.
“But it’s a clean sheet, three goals and a wonderful win tonight.
“We had numerous chances to put the game further to bed, but overall I am proud of the team tonight, I looked across the pitch and that is exactly how you want it to look.”
