Luke Cundle’s equalizer secured a valuable point for Swansea City, extending their unbeaten streak to eight games at the MKM Stadium against Hull City.
Despite conceding an own goal by Ben Cabango inside the opening minutes, the Swans regained their footing and equalized through a sublime finish from Wolves loanee Cundle, capping off a brilliant team move.
Although the draw ended any hopes of Swansea reaching the play-offs, it exemplifies their impressive form throughout the final stretch of the campaign.
Russell Martin, kept the same squad that produced an outstanding result at Norwich last week, including Matt Grimes, who made his 250th appearance for the club as captain.
Speaking to the press after the game, Swans boss Martin said he was happy with much of the performance against the Tigers, but felt they had just been missing some punch in their attacking play.
The Swans play their final game of the season on Bank Holiday Monday when when West Bromwich Albion are the visitors to the Swansea.com stadium.
