Match Highlights – Swansea City 0 Stoke City 0

Swansea City extended their unbeaten home run in the Championship with a goalless draw against Stoke City at the Swansea.com Stadium, in their final fixture before the international break.

Despite dominating the chances, with Jisung Eom, Ronald, and Žan Vipotnik all going close, Luke Williams’ side couldn’t find a breakthrough to claim all three points.

The Swans made two changes to the starting lineup, with Gonçalo Franco and Vipotnik returning, while Liam Cullen was named on the bench after recovering from illness, which had sidelined him for the previous drawn match against Bristol City and the defeat at Sheffield United in midweek.

The result ensures Swansea’s impressive home form continues, although Williams will have been left frustrated by their inability to convert opportunities into goals.

Due to the international break, the Swans won’t return to Championship action until Saturday, 19 October, when they travel to Ewood Park to face Blackburn Rovers.
